CTR2-Quad – Upgrade Kit

I have three Quad PCBs left from the second batch and they’ve been built into assembled CTR2-Quads. I have a third batch of PCBs ordered and they should arrive hopefully by the end of the week. You can order a CTR2-Quad Upgrade Kit now, and it will go on back order until the new PCBs come in. I’ll get the back orders build and shipped ASAP.

This upgrade kit is an ideal solution for those that own older CTR2-Dial or CTR2-Flex hardware and want to upgrade to the latest design. It’s also a good option of international customers wishing to save the additional USD 10 markup for the additional postage required for the fully assembled CTR2-Quad because it’s over the 8 oz. weight limit.

CTR2-Quad is the newest member of the CTR2 product line.With four programmable dual-function knobs, two programmable dual-function pushbuttons, and separate jacks for CW paddles and your key and PTT switch, you’re sure to find the Quad to be the most useful accessory in your shack.

This is an upgrade kit for those that either want to supply their own M5Dial, or swap the M5Dial from an existing CTR2-Dial or CTR2-Flex unit to the new CTR2-Quad. Assembly is required! You can find the assembly manual here. This kit includes the 3D printed enclosure, assembled main and paddle jack PCBs, cables, knobs, switches, rubber feet, and hardware required to build a complete CTR2-Quad unit using the M5Dial that you supply. You will need to mount your M5Dial, install the main PCB, install the paddle jack PCB, connect everything together with the enclosed JST cables, and install the base plate. Be sure to upgrade the firmware on your M5Dial with the latest CTR2-Flex/CTR2-Dial firmware. You can find the assembly manual here and the firmware here.

NOTE: The  plastic knob style and color are subject to availability. You replace the supplied knobs with any knob of your choice that accepts a 6mm knurled shaft.
