Description
CTR2-Dial* includes a touchscreen display that doubles as a control surface offering virtual Dials and Buttons that allow you to easily change the frequency and settings on your radio. There 18 virtual dials for adjusting variable controls and 42 virtual pushbuttons that are mapped to control various functions on your radio such as mode, filter, DSP, and band selection.
Connect your CW paddle to the single-encoder CTR2-Dial and operate true CW on your remote radio (if supported by your app).
External encoder options include either one encoder with a large VFO type knob, or two encoders with small knobs. You can choose either detent (bumpy) or no-detent (smooth) turn action on the external encoders.
- Single-encoder models include a 3.5mm CW paddle jack.
- Dual-encoder models do not include a CW paddle jack.
NOTE: The M5Dial has a built-in 12-detent encoder that is not counted in the knob count but it can be assigned a to dial function.
* This unit ships with CTR2-Flex v2 firmware. This firmware can boot into CTR2-Dial or CTR2-Flex. The firmware boot option can be selected in the Settings menu.
