Firmware v1.01.03 – November 2, 2024
- Fixed a bug that stopped CTR2-Voice from speaking its complete WiFi setup when starting in auto-connect Station mode. The announcement cut of before the unit’s WiFi address and RSSI was announced making it necessary to connect a terminal to it to find out its WiFi address.
Click the Download button to download the zip file. Unzip the files in this file to a different folder than the one you store the CTR2-Micro firmware files. Follow the directions in Appendix A of the CTR2-Voice Operation Manual to flash the updated firmware to your voice unit.

- Added Access Point mode. This mode allows CTR2-Voice to create a WiFi access point that CTR2-Micro can connect to instead of using an external router. This is especially handy when using the Micro and the Voice in portable or mobile locations where no other WiFi networks exist.
