I’m finally back to full production and have a small stock of units and kits ready to ship. Thank you for your patience during the last few months while we moved into our new home.
When you submit an order using the order form below you will immediately receive a copy of your order email. If you do not receive this email, check your SPAM/Junk email folders. My emails sometimes end up in these folders. I will send your invoice using my gMail account. Make sure you whitelist this address so you will receive future emails from me. If you don’t receive a copy of your order email, resubmit your order and double check that you have entered your email address correctly.
Once I have your order packaged and ready to ship I will send you an invoice. To be fair with the others that may be waiting in the order queue, I will only hold your order for one week after I send your invoice. If I don’t hear from you after 7 days I will return your order to stock.
International Orders
I ship USPS 1st Class Parcel because it’s about 3 to 4 times cheaper than any of the competitors. After a terrible summer of lost international shipments, USPS finally seems to have their act together again. I haven’t had a lost package since the first of August.
Be aware that it can take a couple of days before the tracking information shows up on the USPS web site and that it can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. There are also many countries that don’t update the delivery status once the package leaves the US. The bottom line is, just be patient.
How to order
Use the Order Form after the Product Descriptions to submit your order. You only need to put a quantity in the items that you want to order. Leave the other items blank.
Be sure to include your complete shipping address including city, state/providence, and postal code. Failure to do this may delay your order.
Payment Options
After several bad experiences with personal checks I’ve decided to only accept PayPal and USPS Money Orders for payment.
