CTR2-Max Sidetone Line-Out Interface

CTR2-Max has an internal sidetone oscillator for its internal keyer when operating in Flex mode. Normally, sidetone is routed to the internal speaker.

This Sidetone Line-Out Interface board is designed to be inserted between the speaker output on the battery switch PCB in CTR2-Max and the internal speaker. It provides a Line-Out level output that can be connected to your headphones, an amplified speaker, a mixer, or your PCs sound card.

A level control allows to you adjust the line-out level. Two DIP switches allow you to select where to send the output (left, right, or both). The other two DIP switches allow you to enable or disable the output to the internal speaker or to the Line-Out jack.

NOTE: Sidetone output is only available in Flex mode. It is not supported in MIDI mode because the app you’re controlling with MIDI supplies the keyer and sidetone.
