CTR2-Dial – w/ New Age Enclosure

CTR2-Dial hardware is being depreciated and is on sale now. They will continue to be available in the store until I run out of parts to build them. I will keep a small supply of parts on-hand for repairs and support. CTR2-Uno and CTR2-Duo offer the same functionality with enhanced capabilities. These units are available in either the New Age commercial enclosure or the 3D printed enclosure. The new CTR2-Quad offers even more capability.

CTR2-Dial is a Bluetooth and USB MIDI touchscreen controller that is compatible with radio control apps such as Marcus’ (DL8MRE) excellent iOS/MacOS radio control apps, Remote Ham Radio, Thetis, SDR-Console, and many other radio control programs that support MIDI control.

This model uses a commercial, injection-molded, CNC milled, New Age enclosure to house the CTR2-Dial components. The design allows you to configure the unit in four configurations as seen in the photo gallery. Simply move the tilt legs to the side you want elevated and use the Rotate Display option in the Settings menu to rotate the display. Two additional flat feet are provided if you just want to set the unit flat on your desk.

An alternate enclosure has been designed by Neil, G7UFO. It is a 3D printed enclosure that gives CTR2-Dial a unique, custom look. You can order a CTR2-Dial in the 3D enclosure here. Neil also sells CTR2-Dial’s in his enclosure in his shop so if you’re in the UK or EU he can save you shipping costs.

NOTE: The  plastic knob style and color on the dual-knob units are subject to availability. You can replace the supplied knobs with any knob of your choice that accepts a 6mm knurled shaft.
