CTR2-Micro

Description

CTR2-Micro is a complete radio controller and keyer in a very small package. It can connect to your radio using either legacy serial CAT control or network CAT control. It was especially designed for the Flex 6000/8000 radio but supports many Elecraft, Icom, Kenwood, Xiegu, and Yaesu radios. It also supports radios and control programs using Hamlib rigCtl or Thetis. It makes an excellent external control knob for your radio.

Choose from either a no-detent (smooth) or detent (bumpy) encoder. The detent encoder works a little better if you are using CTR2-Micro with it’s terminal or browser interface.

Choose internal CAT jumpers if you plan on using the unit with a single radio or order it with an external DIP switch for easy CAT port configuration. CAT options include TTL, RS-232, and Icom CI-V.

CTR2-Micro includes a Morse report feature that sends menu selections in Morse so no terminal or browser is required. For sight-impaired users it can also connect to the CTR2-Voice synthesizer which vocally announces the controller’s state and radio parameters. A simple external display can be created using a Seeed Studios Wio Terminal and CTR2-Display firmware.
