While my passion is providing innovative kits and assembled ham radio products, try as I might, I can’t do it all. Luckily, I don’t have to! Others are stepping up to fill the gaps.
This page is dedicated to highlighting third-party providers that have been inspired by my products and have come up with their own add-ons and options to help make Lynovation products even better.
If you would like to join the fun of creating custom add-ons or enclosures for CTR2 products, contact me. If you come up with something to share I’ll add your links here.
Products by Neil, G7UFO
Neil’s passion is 3D printing. He has a Bambu PS1 with the AMS filament management system. He produces very nice multi-color 3D printed products and sells them on his Shopify store at https://shop.g7ufo.radio/
He got interested in Lynovation products and came up with a nice add-on battery pack for CTR2-Micro and CTR2-MIDI. It has an integrated 2000 mAH battery and charging system that allows you to run the Micro or MIDI completely wireless (with the exception of your paddles) for up to 8 hours. You can find it on his store here.
He is selling CTR2-Dial’s housed in his custom 3D printed enclosures. Since he’s based in England this should help reduce the shipping time and cost for users “on the other side of the pond”. His CTR2-Dial units will come with fully licensed firmware.
He’s currently finishing up his first enclosure design. Here’s the design rendering and the first prototype:
Check out his CTR2-Dial offerings here.
His enclosures are I bought a Bambu X1C 3D printer just so I can produce them here. I am offering units using Neil’s enclosure design in my online Shop.
Your Stuff Here
If you have an idea for a unique CTR2-Dial enclosure or an accessory for another Lynovation product, contact me! I’d love to work with you and feature your offerings here.
If you’re interested in producing and selling CTR2-Dial units using your own 3D printed enclosure I can provide Gerber, BOM, and POS files for the encoder and paddle jack PCBs. There are no royalties required to use my PCB designs but you will need to purchase a firmware registration key from me for each unit you sell.
For more information, use the contact form or email me directly. My email address is good on QRZ.com.
